Just a Quick Question...
I just have to know, does anyone really read these blogs? I am taking a poll which will last 30 days. Everyone that comments will have the chance to win a full set of Tula Pink Patterns, and a bottle of Martini and Rossi Asti Spumante! That is 10 patterns in all. I will announce the winner which will be chosen randomly on February 23rd. Comments will not be judged on humor and wit, however they are so much more fun to read. Pass the word, and prove me wrong.

ReplyDeleteI read your posts through Google Reader. I have you in a folder called Sewing which is limited only for my favorite sewing blogs.
ReplyDeleteYou are in my list of favorite blogs that are on my blog's dashboard, so yep, I'm a follower.
ReplyDeleteOf course we read blogs. This is where I get inspiration for the next fabric I want to use or the next quilt I want to make. I've also made some pretty good blogging friends that I follow regularly, rejoicing in their accomplishments, comiserating over their sad times and encouraging them in their quilting. Love this blogging thing.
ReplyDeleteI read cause otherwise I'd have to finish ALL those UFO'S!! I also get NEW ideas to keep the quilting world in the black--- as they say I one with the most FABRIC WINS??!!
ReplyDeleteWe have to get inspiration from somewhere! I love reading other quilters' blogs.

I guess I didn't realize you had a blog - but I follow you on twitter, so I popped on over. I try to always put a photo in each blog post, that helps quite a bit to add to interest - I'll read to see what the photo is all about.
ReplyDeleteyup i read each and every post you make... even if i don't always comment. woohoo for tula's patterns... i have a few so i'd do a giveaway for any that are duplicates but i don't have any of the parisville ones and i'm itching for modern alphabet!
ReplyDeletesure we do!
ReplyDeleteI do now! Just started following you on twitter. I agree with prior comments- pictures are what bring people in! It seems no one reads any of my posts that don't have pictures, but when they do people read and comment. I've also found people love hearing about and seeing food.... oh, wait, maybe that's just me.
ReplyDeleteJust found may way here, and now I'm hoping I wasn't too late! Keep the posts coming. :)

ReplyDeleteJust found you through twitter & yes I love reading a good quilt blog. Reading fellow bloggers helps me to keep working on all the creative projects I want to do.
ReplyDeleteMmmm, Martini and Rossi Asti.....my favorite sparkling wine! ;)
ReplyDeletePerhaps that is the answer to a successful blog - give them enough wine that they think anything I say is absolutely brilliant?
In seriousness tho - yes, there are lots of lurkers out there reading away. :D
I know how you feel. We have a blog too that I often wonder if anyone reads. It gets burried among all the other blogs, and sometimes I feel like I'm talking to myself. However, yes, I do read yours! I'm contemplating a move to MO (from Seattle!) And it meakes me feel more connected to the region to know there are like minded fabricphiles out there in the midwest! And I love Tula's lines, so it's nice to have that little insite! Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean...I always wonder if anyone is reading either mine or my mom's blog!! We read yours :)
ReplyDeleteSo I'm not the only one out there who wonders that! And you've got famous behind you so that makes me feel a little better!
ReplyDeleteOf course your blog is read. Maybe not in a timely fashion. I've found I can't text and drive, neither can I read blogs and stitch.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the fun!
